QAC Arts Council, Jazz Concert with Steve Abshire, Chuck Redd and Tom Baldwin. Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with these stellar musicians. The concert is followed by an After Party featuring great food and a cash bar. This concert is presented by the Arts Council and sponsored by Neal Tilghman. The Arts Council is a non-profit organization supported in part by a grant from the Maryland State Arts Council.
